An original complete WW2 numbered cased Purple Heart medal. The medal comes in its original case of issue together with its lapel pin and ribbon bar. The medal comes with a slot brooch mechanism, and is numbered on the left rim with "130779" indicating the Purple Heart was produced in 1942 by the Rex Products Company. The medal, ribbon bar and lapel pin are in excellent worn condition. The case remains in a good used condition. Excellent hard to find set in nice worn condition! No repairs, no damage.
