Very nice and interesting WW2 KIA Purple Heart document. The document is named to Staff Sergeant John L. Crocker (service number: 35329318), member of H Company, 314th Infantry Regiment of the 79th Infantry Division. Crocker was KIA on the 30th of November 1944 during the fighting in and around Haguenau, France. Crocker is buried at Plot B, Row 3, Grave 25, Epinal American Cemetery, Epinal, France. The Purple Heart award certificate was awarded on the 27th of January 1945. The award certificate remains in a very good condition as can be seen on the photos. No repairs, no damage.

Very nice and interesting KIA Purple Heart document which deserves some further research!
