Very nice original medal for the Defense of Stalingrad with document. The medal comes with its original double layer brass suspension. The medal is of the first type and remains in a great condition! Nice medal for the Defense of Stalingrad with no repairs, no damage. The document is numbered 28069 and awarded in the field on the 4th of June 1943. The medal and document have been awarded to guard's senior lieutenant Konoplev Vladimir Fedorovic. The document was signed by the commander of 169 Guard's Artillery regiment, guard's lieutenant-colonel Dmitriev. Nice original document. Great one of a kind set!
